• All of our staff are fully vaccinated

•. We will follow all Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) guidelines at all times

•. If our community is at a Level 4 or 5 on the Risk-Based Chart, our staff will wear masks and ask that our clients also wear a mask

•. Our staff will wear masks at any time if the client requests

•. All equipment will be disinfected prior to being brought into a home

•. All therapists will have an active physical therapy license in good standing with the State of Texas

• All therapists will have a current CPR certification

•. All therapists will carry personal liability insurance
